Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide financial advice and recommend appropriate investment products.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and requirements.
- Stay updated on stock market trends, equities, derivatives, and related products.
- Drive sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
- Support branch operations and contribute to smooth day-to-day processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of stock market operations, equities, and financial products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with proven negotiation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelors and Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in broking, financial services, or wealth management.
- Demonstrated ability in client servicing and achieving sales targets.
- Prior exposure to managing client portfolios is preferred
