Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and Managing Staff: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.

- Achieving Financial Goals: Drive the branchs financial success by meeting revenue and sales targets, managing budgets, and identifying growth opportunities.

- Ensuring Compliance: Maintain adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including anti-money laundering, data security, and customer privacy policies.

- Building Customer Relationships: Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, addressing concerns, and enhancing overall customer experience.

- Promoting the Brand: Represent and promote the organizations products and services within the community, enhancing visibility and reputation.

- Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth execution of services.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of stock market operations, equities, derivatives, and financial products.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.

- Strong client servicing and relationship-building abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in financial services, broking, banking, or wealth management.

- Proven track record in managing branch operations, delivering sales growth, and leading teams.

- Prior experience in regulatory compliance and customer relationship management
