Nirmaan is a fast-growing, technology-driven MEP contracting company delivering end-to-end Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV solutions for commercial spaces.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will lead MEP projects, with end-to-end accountability for project timelines, budgets, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. We are seeking someone with strong project management fundamentals, structured execution experience, and the leadership potential to scale project operations in a high-growth organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Independently lead multiple projects from planning and mobilisation through execution, commissioning, and handover.

- Planning & Delivery: Establish project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and review mechanisms to ensure on-time completion.

- Commercial Ownership: Drive project profitability through budget management, cost optimisation, billing milestones, and cash-flow monitoring.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align design, procurement, engineering, billing, and execution teams to deliver project objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead project managers, engineers, and subcontractors while establishing clear accountability and performance standards.

- Risk & Problem Solving: Anticipate execution challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely decisions and issue resolution.

- Operational Excellence: Implement structured project controls, performance dashboards, and scalable execution processes.

Candidate Profile:

- IIT graduate with 5 - 8 years of project management experience.

- Experience with EPC, construction, infrastructure, or MEP organisations.

- Proven ownership of project schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery commitments.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and execution discipline.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Hands-on, result-oriented leadership approach with a high degree of accountability.

- Understanding of project commercials, contract management, and procurement.
