Purpose of the Job:

To Monitor the Risk of AIF Business

Key responsibilities:

- Compliance/Risk Committee Deliverables

- Compliance of SEBI AIF regulations

- Compliance to the internal Compliance manual from Risk Team perspective

Real Estate

- Total Due Diligence of Existing and New Real Estate investee companies

- Preparation of Risk Note to be presented to the Investment Committee prior to disbursement to Real Estate Issuers

- Monitoring of Existing Real Estate Issuer Exposures against Various Parameters

Valuation

- Valuation of PMS/AIF All Assets Classes basis the SEBI Regulations

Enterprise Risk Management

- Preparation of the Agenda items and key Insights for the Quarterly Risk Management Committee meeting

- Review of AIF Policies

- Preparation of Committee Minutes (Investment, Category 2 Valuation, Risk Committee)

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:

- Civil Engineer/MBA with 5 Year Experience from Reputed Education Institute

- Real Estate Companies in the Risk Management/Project Funding Function

- Category 2 AIF having Real Estate, Private Credit & Venture Fund Investments

- NBFCs into Real Estate and structured Funding
