Purpose of the Job:
The position is responsible for supporting the Deputy Head - AIF in driving strategy, business planning, and key strategic initiatives for the Alternate Investments business, including AIF products.
Key responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory developments (SEBI AIF Regulations), and alternate investment market dynamics
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis across AIF
- Support business planning and budgeting exercises, including revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis
- Periodic review of AIF business performance, preparation of MIS, dashboards, and leadership updates
- Support new AIF product launches by coordinating with investments, compliance, legal, operations, sales, and marketing teams
- Assist in preparation of investment committee notes, product approval documents, and post-launch reviews
- Initiate and drive key cross-functional strategic projects related to business growth, platform enhancement, and operational efficiency
- Support Deputy Head - AIF in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, stakeholder interaction, and project coordination
- Develop high-quality presentations, board decks, and leadership materials for senior management reviews

Role Specific Competencies:

- Background in financial services / asset management / investment management essential
- Good understanding of business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint and Excel
Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:
- MBA / PGDM from a reputed management institute
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, PMO, or CXO office roles
