Reporting To: Regional Head

About the role:

We are seeking driven and passionate professionals to join the Fundraising Team at Nippon Alternate Investments. The alternative investment space in India is poised for significant growth, and this role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with investors by expanding coverage across Family Offices and Institutional clients.

As part of the Fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing investor relationships, presenting differentiated investment opportunities, and contributing to the firms asset growth across Private Credit, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and other alternative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and build strong, long-term relationships with Family Offices and Institutional clients.

- Present fund strategies and investment ideas to investors.

- Maintain deep understanding of Private Credit, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Long-only Equity strategies.

- Provide market insights and on-ground intelligence on industry trends and investor sentiment.

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads, Startup Founders, and Family Office Heads.

- Work closely with the Regional Head to drive fundraising initiatives and achieve business targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA/CA/CFA with 6- 8 years of experience in fundraising, investments, or relationship management.

- Proven experience working with CXOs, CFOs, Promoters, and Family Offices.

- Strong understanding of Private Market and Alternative Investment strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

- Demonstrated ability to acquire clients and grow AUM.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
