Ninja Global, a subsidiary of Ninjacart, is involved in the business of imports and exports of fresh fruits and vegetables. While only a few years old, Ninja Global has already managed to become one of the Top 10 fruit importers in India and we are doubling down to grow this business line further.

About the role:

This is a 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 role, where Ninjacart is aiming to build a Global Fruits Trading powerhouse. This involves:

- International Travel

- Opportunity to eventually own P&L

Responsibilities

- Build a deeper understanding of market dynamics of various country - commodity combinations

- Chart and execute GTM strategy on-ground to give speed and scale

- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders like Legal, HR, Category, Product, BU Head's, CEO's office etc. and align everyone to meet external stakeholder demands

- Willing to travel internationally 70 - 80% of your time

- Some key activities include setting up operations in a new country, iterating fast to build a repeatable playbook, hire locally and lead teams/business lines, building data products that will become a significant moat for us...

- Significant autonomy to run things, once you prove yourself

What would it take to excel in this role?

- Possess 4-8 years of experience in consulting, owing P&L, Strategy & ops roles. Chief of Staff or CEO's office experience will also be considered

- Experience in building new business or product lines/verticals

- MBA or Bachelors from Tier I / II institutes preferred

- Prior experience in Fnv or Imports/Exports or Trading business is a plus but not mandatory
