Transport & Fleet Operations Manager

Location: South India / West India

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end transportation and fleet operations across multiple locations.

- Own route profitability, trip costing, vehicle utilization, and transportation P&L.

- Ensure timely vehicle movement, reduce empty runs, and optimize operational costs.

- Manage fleet maintenance, vehicle uptime, and preventive maintenance planning.

- Build and maintain relationships with transporters, OEMs, workshops, brokers, and third-party vendors.

- Monitor driver performance, operational efficiency, and compliance.

- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance fleet performance.

Preferred Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in transport, fleet, or logistics operations.

- Strong knowledge of fleet management, freight operations, vehicle maintenance, and vendor management.

- Experience with commercial vehicles, transportation P&L, and operational planning.
