Location: Bangalore, KA About the Team The S&D vertical at Ninjacart is focused on the farm to retailer business of procuring from farmers and delivering to retailers - ensuring that farmers get paid the right price for their efforts and that retailers are able to get market quality produce delivered at their doorsteps. While this value proposition is solid and proven, it needs tweaking depending on the size of the town or the geography we operate it. We identify the right to win in each town/ city and go on to prove that the value proposition works. Structurally, this is 0 to 1 team, with focus on quick experimentation and playbook building. Responsibilities - Driving, handling & monitoring the entire Modern Trade & distribution by onboarding supermarkets customers - Delivery of Tonnage, Revenue & Market Share objectives - New account acquisition & Mapping competition - Improvement of Salesforce effectiveness - Improving on-time delivery & customer experience - Managing Trade spends - Drive Accountability, Ownership and be agile - Coordinating with the multiple stakeholders (Category, procurement, Operations, Finance, HR etc.,) to improve the P&L for the assigned Area - Team Management - Lead, motivate, and support a team of kay account managers to successfully and strategically deliver on goals - Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing the team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses. - Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity A Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.
