About the Team
Ninjacarts eCommerce vertical works with quick commerce players and modern trade partners to help them with their fresh supply (fruits and vegetables) requirements.
Given the rapid growth of quick commerce in India, this business team is helping drive Ninjacarts growth across Metros and is scaling up rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Co-own the PNL with the Business Head with primary ownership on cost, efficiency and hygiene metrics.
- Manage daily ops rigor and consistently delivery on OTIF metrics and cost targets.
- Manage the network of 3PL and transport vendors; Setup review mechanisms to hold them accountable for SLAs, TAT and audits.
- Build and maintain SOPs across regions.
- Manage business forecasts and volume planning with partners; Collaborate with central SCM team and own S&OP planning.
- Develop supply chain launch strategies for new categories and new customer segments; devise differential SLAs to offer customisation for premium segment customers.
- Develop the Network design for new city launch and scale led continuous improvements on existing cities along with central SCM team.
- Own end to end Fulfillment center operations which include, infrastructure, people, processes and logistics.
- Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently.
- Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs.
- Responsible for handling workforce and create, review & analyze reports on operations Ensure on time dispatches and ensure the system and ops level guidelines are strictly adhered to in the respective facilities.
- Ensure all the Assets are in place and good working condition for the smooth operations.
- Ensure hygienic and as per layout maintenance of the FC.

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management (MBA preferred).
- Experience in e-commerce/digital commerce is preferred.
- Experience across design/planning, vendor management and operations is preferred.
- Drive and proactiveness to dive into numbers to identify, analyze and solve problems.
