The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of external best-practices and reward strategies combined with a track record of executing the C&B strategy in an organization. This position will report to the Total Rewards Leader and will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a people agenda that aligns to, and supports, the overall strategic objectives of the organization. - Establish and periodically review Job grades/ Bands in the org - Maintain and update compensation bands and leveling, and continuously assess against market - Oversee the review, communication, and implementation of the annual total compensation review - Lead rewards strategy and design to deliver quality benefit and recognition programs to remain competitive and cost-effective - Identify best practices and benchmarks and develop recommendations to align with the Business and HR strategy and goals - Ensure that compensation and benefit programs are compliant with legal specifications / regulations - Develop and coordinate communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards - Anchor the ESOPs program in the organization - Custodian of organizational culture, drive organizational growth in an empathetic manner Requirements - 1 to 4 years of C&B / Total rewards experience in Startups / HR consulting / FMCG - Strong knowledge and experience in compensation, benefits, managing change, PMS and building capabilities with the business - Hands-on and ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision. Ability to work well independently in a fast paced and dynamic set-up - Should have the maturity and ability to handle and work with key stakeholders - Drive towards delivery to the end-customer is critical.
