As part of the talent acquisition team, you're charged with building the most efficient and productive teams. - This will entail finding candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. - You carry the immense responsibility of matching suitable candidates with the roles in which they will be successful. - You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and ensuring appropriate and satisfactory closure. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you'll manage the entire candidate process. - You are meticulous, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. Responsibilities : Campus recruitment - Conduct recruitment drives to recruit students and recent graduates by getting in touch with various engineering institutes and B-schools - Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks - Developing Internship and Management Trainee programs and evaluating the performance of new employees - Suggest strategies for various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates and find the right-fit profile - Conducting Pre-Placement Talks at campuses - Assessing the hiring needs of the company and designing job descriptions accordingly Employer Branding - Drive internal and external communication function across the company that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, impacting overall candidate experience - Develop communication materials to articulate key messages - Ensure communication content has high quality, accuracy, appropriate and integrated with company's vision and mission - Ensure maximum reach of key communication by leveraging online and offline media and platforms - Plan, coordinate and execute events, trainings, quarterly newsletters, etc. as needed and appropriate Requirements : - MBA graduate with 4-6 years of experience in recruitment and talent branding - Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems - Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends - Good communication, interpersonal, decision-making, analytical, logical skills - Ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
