POSITION : Senior Business Development Manager
NATURE OF JOB/ASSIGNMENT : To handle the territory through Private Sales
EDUCATION Mandatory/ INDUSTRY - MBA/ PGDM Any industry, Should have exp in Institutional Sales (B2B Sales)
Location : Mumbai
EXPOSURE:
Sshould have good contacts with Architects, Contractors, PMC. Capable to handle the Corporates, Education Sector, Hospital Sectors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for revenue generation from complete Mumbai
2. Generating lead for Office furniture, education furniture and Healthcare furniture from Private Business
3. Target oriented
4. Should travel to 10-12 days in assign region
5. Responsible for collectables in assign area.
6. Targeting Corporates, Commercial Spaces, Education Institutes architects, Contractors, IT sector, banking sector
7. Will be responsible for handling the Team members
COMPENSATION SCALE: This is a full time position. Pay is commensurate with experience
COMPETENCY REQUIRED: Stakeholder Relationship Management, Strategic Business Orientation, Drive for Result
