Job Description:
- Design and implement GTM strategies for new product introductions, brand expansions, and regional launches.
- Develop and expand the Distributor (DB) and Sub-Stuckist (SS) network in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, performance tracking, and ROI management of all DBs and SSs.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales at DB level; analyze stock movement, sell-out trends, and ageing.
- Drive numeric and weighted distribution growth across territories and channels.
- Ensure product availability and range of selling in all active outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to review coverage, merchandising, and field execution.
- Work with Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to close gaps in distribution, visibility, and retailer service.
- Monitor regional stock rotation, sell-out trends, and inventory health to ensure optimal replenishment cycles.
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams for forecasting, demand planning, and DB-wise stock allocation.
- Review SFA/DMS reports to track beat coverage, productivity, outlet reach, and secondary billing.
- The role carries complete ownership of Distributor Management System (DMS) implementation, adoption, and data accuracy across the distributor network.
- Implement effective route-to-market models ensuring last-mile delivery efficiency.
- Review sales performance dashboards with regional teams; identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
- Drive channel-specific GTM activations, and retailer engagement programs.
- Partner with regional and zonal teams to review performance dashboards and implement corrective actions.
- Support new product introductions operationally by ensuring timely distribution rollout and availability in key markets
- Prepare and present monthly business review reports with actionable insights and regional performance highlights.
- Support sales teams through training and communication to ensure they are equipped to sell the product effectively
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify market needs and opportunities
- Provide data-based insights and recommendations to Zonal/National Sales teams for improving market penetration.
