NICE - Specialist - Workday Finance Consultant

You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining FDM and Financial Accounting, training on configuration of FDM elements, Fiscal Years, Account Posting Rules, Custom Validations, Hierarchy, and Worktags.

- Governance structure, execution within timeline, understand and manage expectations, understand and manage scope.

- Follow the Postproduction processes, understand requirement and the derivative dependencies, experience in creating POC and testing in test environments, deploy in Production.

- Perform data analysis to validate accuracy and alignment with pre-defined requirements.

- Support the upkeep of the different workbooks and design documents to ensure alignment with the system design and functionality.

- Perform analysis between data set in the Workday financial system and cross company supporting systems such Oracle (Headcount Management and Revenue).

- Support reports creation based on the business needs, design documents and testing process.

- Additional ad hoc projects.

Have you got what it takes?.

- Degree in finance, accounting or information system is a must.

- 7 - 10 years of experience.

- Clear understanding of Financial Accounting, proven experience supporting Accounting/Finance/ FP&A teams.

- Background in multi systems environment is a must.

You will have an advantage if you also have:.

- Systems and Business Processes Oriented.

- Ability to cope with high volume, high pace environment.

- Strong Excel skills.

- Fluent English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to support and interact with different teams, cross time zones.

- Multi-task ability and ability to work under pressure.

- Implementation experience of Workday ERP and Workday Certification is an advantage.

- Working experience with Oracle ERP is an advantage.
