Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations in Bangalore. The candidate should have strong experience in the Electronics manufacturing industry and be proficient in Kannada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workforce engagement.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, shift, and leave-related processes.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and personnel records.
- Coordinate with contract labour and manpower agencies, wherever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Electronics field preferred.
