Experience: 12-15 + Years.

Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) | MBA Preferred.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end production operations for our Aerospace & Defence manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production planning, project execution, quality management, and cross-functional team leadership within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall production planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality engineering products.

- Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement across shop floor operations.

- Collaborate with Program and Project Management teams to meet customer schedules and delivery milestones.

- Monitor and optimize material procurement, vendor performance, and supply chain operations.

- Oversee workforce planning and coordinate with Design, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

- Identify project risks and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity and compliance.

- Maintain and audit Quality Management Systems (QMS) and lead internal & external audits.

- Prepare and review project KPIs, cost analysis, MIS reports, and customer reports.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding production delivery and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12-15 years of experience in Production or Program Management within the Manufacturing industry.

- Experience in Aviation, Transportation, Defence & Aerospace manufacturing.

- Strong expertise in Project & Program Management.

- Hands-on knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), BOM Structuring, and Configuration Control.

- Experience with SAP, MS Office, and manufacturing software tools.

- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- High attention to detail with a focus on production quality and process improvement.

- Knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies; PMP certification is an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel as required.
