Role Purpose

To drive operational excellence across all non manufacturing functions by increasing productivity, enforcing process discipline, improving cross functional coordination, and continuously reducing operating costs without affecting customer experience.

1) Operational Leadership

- Lead all non manufacturing operations end to end

- Oversee technicians, service teams, and post sales execution

- Ensure seamless handoffs between sales, operations, and service

2) Process and Performance

- Audit existing processes and eliminate inefficiencies

- Standardize workflows and enforce process adherence

- Improve CRM adoption and data discipline across teams

- Establish dashboards for visibility into operational metrics

3) Cost and Productivity

- Identify and reduce cost leakages across departments

- Improve revenue per employee and output per team

- Rationalize tools, vendors, and support functions

- Optimize headcount productivity without unnecessary expansion

4) Cross Functional Control

- Resolve inter department friction and ownership gaps

- Act as final escalation owner for operational issues

- Drive accountability across functions

Strong preference for candidates from:

- Manufacturing plus service businesses

- Large scale B2C operations

- Organizations known for process driven execution
