KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned to business goals.
- Analyze productivity metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Lead succession planning and build internal talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Manage escalations related to performance, discipline, and employee relations.
- Drive structured Rewards & Recognition and variable pay frameworks.
- Ensure manpower budgeting and cost optimization.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and partnering with senior business leaders.
- Lead change management initiatives and new HR projects.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent positioning strategy.
- Draft, review, and enforce HR policies and governance framework.
- Drive HR audits and ensure documentation compliance.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic hiring and employer branding initiatives.
- Enhance internal and external employer branding through platforms like Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and LinkedIn.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and HR systems.
- Experience in driving employee satisfaction and retention programs.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of handling large-scale HR initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet KPIs and organizational goals.
