- Drive monthly performance reviews and strict KPI tracking across departments
- Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned to business goals
- Analyze productivity metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Lead succession planning and build internal talent pipeline for critical roles
- Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational structuring
- Manage escalations related to performance, discipline, and employee relations
- Drive structured Rewards & Recognition and variable pay frameworks
- Ensure manpower budgeting and cost optimization
- Lead change management initiatives and new HR projects
- Implement and optimize HRMS systems with dashboard reporting
- Strengthen employer branding and talent positioning strategy
- Oversee end-to-end payroll with 100% accuracy and compliance
- Manage leave, attendance, and workforce discipline systems
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, labor laws, audits)
- Draft, review, and enforce HR policies and governance framework
- Drive HR audits and ensure documentation compliance
- Oversee employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain confidentiality and risk mitigation in all HR processes
