What You'll Do:

- Drive efficiency in working capital management and debt management processes.
- Implement technological interventions to streamline financial operations.
- Enhance financial reporting and ensure timely closure of accounts.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
- Ensure alignment of team goals with the organizations vision and objectives.
Educational Background:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) certification(Essential)
- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field(Preferred)
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within global or multi-location organizations.
- Extensive experience in managing compliance and regulatory frameworks across domestic and international markets.
- Expertise in working capital management, debt management, and cost control strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory compliance requirements (taxation, PF, ESI, GST, etc.).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and internal control.
