Role Overview
We are hiring two Franchise Partnership Associates responsible for onboarding PG owners who host gig workers and converting them into our Nest Franchise Partners. This position is crucial to expanding our accommodation network across key cities.

Key Responsibilities
1. PG & Property Owner Outreach
- Identify PG owners, rental operators, and property managers.
- Conduct field visits, calls, and relationship-building meetings.
2. Franchise Partner Acquisition
- Pitch the Nest franchise model to PG owners hosting gig workers.
- Manage full acquisition lifecycle: discovery - negotiation - onboarding.
3. Market Mapping & Lead Generation
- Map PG clusters near gig hubs.
- Generate leads via field insights, local brokers, and networks.
4. Due Diligence & Onboarding
- Evaluate PG suitability, amenities, pricing, and quality.
- Coordinate agreement and onboarding steps with internal teams.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with Operations, City Teams, and Supply Teams.
- Share weekly progress updates and insights.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 0.6-2 years experience in real estate supply acquisition or PG onboarding.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork.
- Ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets.
Good-to-Have:
- Understanding of gig economy and PG market.
- Experience in operations-heavy or early-stage environments.
