Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals, including brand positioning, target audience definition, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Use AI-based performance optimization tools to enhance marketing outcomes and allocate budgets efficiently for maximum ROI.
- Lead branding and rebranding initiatives, including visual identity, messaging frameworks, and consistent brand representation across digital and offline platforms.
- Implement strategies to strengthen brand visibility and recognition in the software industry through thought leadership, PR activities, and continuous tracking of brand metrics (awareness, sentiment, reach).
- Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, webinars, events) to deliver high-quality leads and contribute meaningfully to the sales pipeline.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs such as CTR, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to drive ongoing optimization.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging market opportunities to inform marketing strategy.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, mentorship, goal-setting (KPIs/KRAs), performance reviews, and capability development.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to extend brand reach and drive region-specific marketing activities tailored to local market needs.
Qualifications: Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
