JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Regional Manager Sales (Mumbai) Core Responsibilities - Engage with government departments, corporate clients, and small & medium businesses to establish long-term partnerships - Understand client needs and propose customized ICT & ITES solutions that align with their business objectives - Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-over-year business growth - Support RFQ-based opportunities, analyze requirements, and contribute to proposal and bidding processes - Lead sales efforts in Mumbai, expanding NFITs presence in key markets - Work closely with presales, finance, operations, and HR teams to optimize resources and drive sales success - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and public procurement policies to enhance sales strategies Requirements: - Degree in business/marketing/communication/IT/CS or any other technical related field. - 2 to 5 years of work experience in sales. - Preferred: Masters degree in any of the above fields - Strong written and spoken communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Problem solving and can-do attitude.
