The Business Analyst, Digital Initiatives, will be based in Hyderabad, India.
In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Logistics.
The Business Analyst will lead business system-related developments for the EMS and Logistics Strategy, act as a subject matter expect and drive the adoption of innovative solutions for the group.

Here Is a Glimpse Of What You Will Do:
- Work with the supply chain transformation teams to understand the business process and identify system needs
- Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents
- Initiate and lead system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current process
- Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and sourcing teams.
- Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate trouble shooting and providing supporting for team
- Coordinate related standard operating procedure drafting and provide training to the team
- Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Here Is Some Of What You Will Need (required):
- Bachelors degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position at the crossroad between Supply Chain and Business Systems.
- Experience working in an international environment
- Highly analytical, commercially savvy, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
- Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Anaplan, Coupa or similar supply chain-oriented business system required
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Management skills
- Fluent oral and written communications in English
- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
- Autonomous
