This role is perfect for someone who can manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and keep client success at the center of everything.

What Youll Do:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and business goals.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and align on scope and priorities.

- Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution and strong performance.

- Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to keep projects on track.

- Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for updates, feedback, and escalations.

- Continuously improve delivery processes and report key insights to leadership.

- Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.

What Youll Bring:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager in a tech-driven environment.

- It will be good to have strong technical background in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, AI/ML, Microservices, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and AWS.

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum project management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
