Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our B2B growth engine. In this role, you will act as a "Growth Architect," responsible for designing and executing sophisticated marketing strategies that position Nexsales as a leader in the B2B space.
You will manage multi-channel campaigns, oversee high-impact content creation, and leverage deep analytical insights to optimize lead generation and brand equity. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who excels at cross-functional collaboration and possesses a proven track record of mentoring junior talent to drive organizational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic B2B Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically for B2B audiences, ensuring products and solutions resonate with key decision-makers.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Orchestration: Design, launch, and optimize complex campaigns across LinkedIn, Email, Search, and Display to drive high-quality lead generation and engagement.
- Thought Leadership & Content Strategy: Create and refine a robust content engineincluding whitepapers, blogs, and social assetsdesigned to establish Nexsales as a premier thought leader.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytical tools to track key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates) and measure ROI to identify new growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure brand messaging is cohesive and aligned with overarching business goals.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement and manage sophisticated lead scoring and automated nurturing workflows to improve the velocity of the sales pipeline.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and professional development to Assistant Marketing Managers, overseeing their campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Brand Identity Management: Oversee the evolution of the Nexsales brand voice across all digital and physical touchpoints to ensure consistent market positioning.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor landscapes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the B2B sales intelligence market.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize impact and efficiency.
Technical Requirements:
- B2B Mastery: 5 to 8 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Marketing Technology (MarTech): High proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Content Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex content calendars and oversee the production of technical B2B assets.
- Lead Management: Expert understanding of MQL/SQL lifecycles and lead attribution modeling.
Preferred Skills:
- Performance Marketing: Experience in managing significant budgets for Paid Search (SEM) and Paid Social.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) for targeting high-value accounts.
