Roles & Responsibilities:


- Lead the configuration and management of the PRM platform (Impartner) to streamline partner relationship processes.

- Drive the enablement of PRM processes including setup, workflows, and ensuring data accuracy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and enable third-party tools that enhance platform functionalities.

- Develop strategies to drive portal adoption among partners, manage onboarding processes, and deliver training sessions to ensure partner satisfaction.

- Utilize Salesforce ecosystem expertise to optimize processes and improve user experience.

- Serve as a Salesforce Administrator, managing user permissions, data loads, and creating mapping templates using Excel.

- Prioritize and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring that all cases achieve intended results and recommend future projects for enhanced outcomes.

- Demonstrate leadership in managing complex projects across various workstreams and geographies, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and consistently deliver high-quality services.

- Present project prototypes and demos to business users, ensuring alignment with requirements.

- Track and report project status to clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project transparency.

- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is critical, as it empowers the individual to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging customer data for strategic insights and decision-making.

- The expectation is for candidates to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing product backlogs and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and delivery.

- Candidates should exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and user feedback, translating them into actionable product enhancements.

- Given the experience band of 5 to 30 years, a sophisticated understanding of Agile methodologies is essential, with practical experience implementing these principles in a dynamic business environment.

- Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA for backlog management and prioritization is required.

- It is equally important for candidates to maintain strong communication skills, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.


Education requirements:


- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology, complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing or Information Systems.

- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), which enhance the candidate's credibility and expertise in these pivotal areas.


Education: BE/BTech/MCA.
