Newton School of Technology (NST) is building a new model of technology education focused on strong technical foundations, real-world problem-solving, and industry-oriented learning.

We are looking to connect with senior technology leaders and experienced engineering professionals who want to play a larger role in shaping the next generation of engineers.

This opportunity is particularly relevant for leaders with strong expertise in Computer Science, DSA, AI/ML, Software Engineering, and Technology Leadership who are interested in bringing their industry experience into education.

What will you do?:

- Mentoring and guiding students on real-world technology projects

- Conducting advanced technical masterclasses and industry sessions

- Helping students develop strong problem-solving and engineering skills

- Contributing to curriculum and academic strategy

- Building industry-oriented learning experiences

- Mentoring faculty and strengthening technical teaching standards

- Creating industry-academia initiatives

- Advising on emerging technologies and future skill requirements

- Working closely with academic and technology leadership

Who are we looking for?:

We would love to hear from leaders who have:

- 10+ years of experience in technology, engineering, AI/ML, or related domains

- Strong technical foundations in DSA, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Core Computer Science

- Experience building or leading high-performing engineering/technology teams

- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability

- Experience mentoring engineers, technical teams, or young professionals

- The ability to simplify complex technical concepts

- A strong understanding of how technology is evolving and what future engineers need to learn

- A genuine interest in mentoring, education, and developing young talent

- Principal / Staff Engineer

- Professor / Academic Leader with significant industry exposure
