About the Role: The Founder's Office plays a vital role in shaping our strategic vision. We seek a strategic thinker passionate about continuous improvement and driving organisational success. In this role, you will support the founders and business leaders in identifying growth opportunities and implementing key initiatives. Responsibilities : - Define metrics to measure success of strategic initiatives. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to identify opportunities and align on priorities. - Conduct research and analyses for marketing, product development, and other initiatives. - Develop actionable solutions and oversee implementation. - Stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic guidance. Required skills and qualifications : - Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field. - Previous experience in strategy or business planning will be an added bonus. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
