Senior Program Manager Role : We are looking for a collaborative individual with a get-things-done mindset who can take our student experience to new heights. Key Responsibilities : - Ideate, design, develop and scale Communities for Newton school stakeholders (Students, alumni, experts) - Innovate and drive engagement events to encourage peer to peer interaction and learning - Define success metrics for the project and tracking and identification of gaps - Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our students - Complete ownership of execution of the action items in a time bound fashion - Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure customer experience is delightful Requirements : - 2+ years of prior experience in Marketing strategy - Prior experience in driving engagement on social or internal platforms with creation of event calendars and innovative engagement events will be useful - Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch. - Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders. - Self driven independent contributor with an approach of getting things done.
