
Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager - HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people's initiatives with business goals. You will balance high-level organizational strategy with hands-on execution to maintain a high-performance culture during rapid scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to ensure the company's growth and success.
- Design and execute robust performance management processes that drive accountability, engagement, and growth.
2. Learning & Development:
- Create and implement a continuous learning culture across the organization, ensuring employees have the tools and resources to grow.
- Lead the development of leadership and professional development programs to foster a highly skilled workforce.
- Identify skill gaps and introduce development programs tailored to the needs of the business and employees.
3. Employer Engagement & Culture:
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that align with the organization's values and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead employee satisfaction and feedback surveys to drive actionable insights for improving the work environment.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee retention through tailored engagement and recognition programs.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
- Lead the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness, employee satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, bonus and incentive programs, and benefit offerings.
- Provide guidance on executive compensation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. HR Operations:
- Oversee all HR operational activities, including HRIS management, payroll processing, employee records, and compliance with labor laws.
- Streamline HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a seamless employee experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
6. Leadership & Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the business vision and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 18+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent management, learning & development, employer engagement, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. Prior experience at a senior leadership level is essential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 - 12 years in HR, with 4+ years in an HRBP or People Management role (startup or high-growth experience preferred).
Technical Proficiencies:
- Strong expertise in developing and executing HR strategies and programs across various HR functions.
- Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits practices and their impact on talent attraction and retention.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR operations, with an eye for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
