Key Responsibilities : 1. Complete ownership of specific projects in the Learning module of Newton School students 2. Define success metrics for the project and create dashboards for daily tracking and identification of gaps 3. Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our students 4. Complete ownership of execution of the action items in a time bound fashion 5. Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure student experience is delightful Requirement : 1. 1-2 years of prior experience as a Software Developer 2. Bachelors in Computer Science is Mandatory 3. Capable of independently creating dashboards and analysis via available tools (Metabase, Excel etc) 4. Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch. 5. Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders. 6. Self driven independent contributor with an approach of getting things done Note : Good to have coding knowledge to explain to the students.
