Key Responsibilities : - Complete ownership of specific projects in the Learning module of Newton School students - Define success metrics for the project and create dashboards for daily tracking and identification of gaps - Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our students - Complete ownership of execution of the action items in a time bound fashion - Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure student experience is delightful Requirements : - 1+ years of prior experience in Program/Project Management - Capable of independently creating dashboards and analysis via available tools (Metabase, Excel etc) - Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch. - Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders. - Self driven independent contributor with an approach of getting things done.
