We are building an online Institute and solving the deep problem of the employability of graduates Newton School of Technology (NST) is a pioneering 4-year B.Tech. Computer Science program that blends academic rigor with cutting-edge industry exposure.

We aim to build future tech leaders by combining engineering education with real-world learning, corporate collaborations, and entrepreneurial spirit.

We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIM's, and have several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, and Microsoft among others.

On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and a slew of angel investors including CRED's Kunal Shah, Flipkart's Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan's Sujeet Kumar among others.

Role.

Were looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who can build our social media and video presence from scratch and grow a small creative team into a high-performing unit.

If you love taking things from zero to one, experimenting with bold ideas, and leading campaigns that actually make people stop scrolling this ones for you.

What Youll Do.

- Build and scale our social + video content strategy.

- Lead content and campaign creation that drives reach, engagement & impact.

- Mentor, and grow a kickass creative team.

- Collaborate across teams to bring brand campaigns to life.

- Track performance, learn fast, and keep pushing creative boundaries.

What Were Looking For.

- 6-10 years in marketing, with proven experience in social & video.

- Track record of zero-to-one brand building on digital platforms.

- Experience leading or scaling creative/marketing teams.

- Strong portfolio of campaigns, content, or social handles youve built.
