Job Description: Growth Manager - Newton School

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimising strategies that drive NS's growth across marketing, product, and content-led initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities, manage acquisition campaigns, and contribute to a data-driven, scalable growth engine for the organization.

Responsibilities

- Run structured A/B tests, campaign experiments, and performance analyses to identify scalable growth levers.

- Leverage data and insights from tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and campaign dashboards to measure effectiveness and optimize ongoing initiatives.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop impactful, conversion-driven campaigns that build brand visibility and trust.

- Track performance metrics and present insights to leadership, recommending new approaches based on data-driven learnings.

- Support budget allocation across marketing and performance initiatives to ensure sustainable ROI.

- Drive execution of NS's growth initiatives across product-led channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Partner with the Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to execute go-to-market (GTM) plans and growth experiments.

- Manage the growth funnel - from lead generation and conversion to engagement and retention.

Key Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in product-led growth.

- Expertise in Growth Hacking, Demand Generation, and managing the customer acquisition funnel.

- Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Experience in developing and executing product-led growth strategies to engage and convert target audiences.

- Strong understanding user acquisition strategies.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, interpret, and act on insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
