Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it's personalised learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates. Responsibilities : - Identifying potential institutions, developing partnerships with South and West markets, presenting Newton School's programs. - Implementing strategies to onboard students for Newton School programs through partner channels, promoting courses, coordinating marketing campaigns. - On-boarding and nurturing strong relationships with partner institutions for long-term partnerships, addressing needs, providing support, and maintaining positive working relationships. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders of institutions to achieve partnership and recruitment goals. - Taking responsibility of creating new University partners in South & West region of India. - Negotiating agreements, and ensuring strong collaborations. Ensure a delightful experience leading to high retention & NPS. - Synchronize with cross functional teams to develop product features. Requirements : - 7+ Years of experience in Ed-tech domain. - Proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders. - Strong bias for action & execution. - Has handled partnerships in Southern Region.
