Role Overview:

- The Manager - Corporate Engagement & Key Accounts will play a pivotal role in strengthening Newton School of Technologys industry partnerships.


- This individual will be responsible for high-level stakeholder connections and engagement, managing strategic accounts, arranging industry masterclasses, facilitating live projects, and driving internship and placement outcomes.


- The role requires working closely with both the Corporate Relations and Placement teams, as well as directly with CXO-level industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with corporates, startups, and research organizations at leadership levels (CXOs, VPs, HR Heads, Founders).

- Key Account Management: Manage strategic accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, follow-ups, and long-term partnerships.

- Masterclasses & Industry Events: Plan, arrange, and execute masterclasses, guest lectures, and leadership talks to provide students with direct industry insights.

- Live Projects & Internships: Facilitate real-world projects and internships in collaboration with corporate partners to enhance learning outcomes.

- Placement Support: Collaborate with the Placement team to drive successful recruitment drives, hiring campaigns, and job opportunities.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with academic, training, and student success teams to align student readiness with industry needs.

- Strategic Reporting: Maintain a structured database of corporate interactions, track partnership performance, and provide actionable reports to leadership.

- Brand Building: Represent NST in external forums, industry events, and partner interactions to enhance institutional visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 4-8 years of experience in corporate relations, key account management, business development, or campus engagement.

- Strong corporate network in technology, IT services, GCCs, product companies, and startups.

- Proven track record of engaging and managing high-level stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive outcomes, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in education, edtech, or corporate engagement roles will be an advantage.
