Role description: - The Newton School of Technology campus head steers the student experience, from academics to activities. - They're the financial captain, managing the budget and collaborating across departments, ensuring clear communication. - They would identify and eliminate obstacles to create a thriving learning environment. Responsibilities : - Lead the Newton School of Technology campus - Manage its strategy, identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its goals, and ensure effective communication within and across teams - Manage P&L and cross-functional teams at campus and coordinate initiatives with the central program team - Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes.
