WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Brand Analyst, you'll be the voice of the consumer inside our business. Your insights will shape how we position our brand, design campaigns, and create standout customer experiences. You'll combine data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of human behavior, translating numbers into narratives that drive brand growth and customer love.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Consumer & Customer Behavior Analysis
- Decode consumer behavior: purchasing patterns, motivations, and preferences.
- Leverage market research, surveys, and feedback to understand customer needs.
2. Strategic Brand & Marketing Insights
- Provide data-driven insights to shape effective marketing strategies and campaigns that engage, convert, and align with brand objectives.
- Analyze brand perception and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities, address risks, and ensure future-ready positioning with global alignment.
3. Data Collection & Interpretation
- Collect, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources - sales figures, customer feedback, social media metrics, and more.
- Draw actionable insights and clear recommendations that inspire action.
4. Product & Campaign Evaluation
- Evaluate the impact of product launches and campaigns.
- Provide insight-driven suggestions to improve performance and ROI.
5. Brand Positioning & Messaging Alignment
- Partner with customer activation and marketing teams to ensure all messaging reflects consumer insights.
- Help craft a compelling and consistent brand story, aligned globally and locally.
SKILLS SET REQUIRED:
1. 5-6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or consumer insights roles; agency background is a strong plus.
2. Solid understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and turning insights into compelling narratives.
3. Strong analytics game is a must - think data-backed decisions, campaign metrics, and Google Analytics fluency
4. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Qualtrics, Nielsen, or similar.
5. Comfortable working cross-functionally and fluent in both creative and business conversations.
