B2B Placements - Employer Partnerships & Hiring Outcomes
We're hiring a placements partnerships professional to build and scale employer relationships that translate into strong hiring pipelines and placement outcomes for learners.
This role sits at the intersection of hiring strategy, partnerships, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Partnerships:
- Build relationships with startups, enterprises, and hiring partners
- Drive placement opportunities across tech and business roles
- Own employer lifecycle from outreach to closures
- Negotiate hiring partnerships and engagement models
Hiring Pipeline Creation:
- Generate consistent job opportunities for learners
- Understand hiring needs and map talent accordingly
- Improve placement conversion rates through structured engagement
Account Management:
- Maintain long-term employer relationships
- Drive repeat hiring partnerships
- Identify upsell opportunities across hiring programs
Market Intelligence:
- Track hiring trends across tech and emerging roles
- Align training pipelines with employer demand
- Support placement strategy with actionable insights
Who Should Apply:
- 3-5+ years experience in B2B partnerships / recruitment partnerships / campus hiring / placement programs
- Strong employer network across startups or enterprises preferred
- Experience in edtech / HR solutions / staffing / university placements is a plus
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Outcome-driven mindset with ownership of placement metrics
