Role Description :

The candidate will be responsible for building and managing the entire B2C sales team and sales operations to drive greater value for the business. This role will report to the Founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and execute key growth strategies along with defining sales targets for the team

- Handle large revenue targets

- Cost-efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily transactions

- Build & manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR, and CRM

- Generate new product ideas and suggest enhancements to the existing product as required

- Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings

- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution.

- Promoting the organisation and developing the team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge

KEY SKILLS :

- 6+ year experience as Senior Mgmt/Leadership role in B2C sales

- Experience of building and managing large and diverse B2C sales teams

- Candidates with strong experience with Start-up firms preferred

- Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers.

- Proven analytical and decision-making abilities

- Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Comfortable with long and unpredictable work hours
