Newton School - Analytics Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic partner and big-picture problem solver to drive business impact.

2. Apply analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making to solve complex challenges.

3. Clean, analyze, and visualize student data to generate actionable insights.

4. Work with large and complex datasets to tackle non-routine analytical problems.

5. Build data pipelines and dashboards to support self-service reporting.

6. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for key business decisions.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in a business analytics role.

2. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL.

3. Knowledge of Python, Power BI, VBA, or Tableau is an added advantage.

4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate clear, actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Bachelor's degree is mandatory from Tier 1 college
