Academics Manager Data Science:

About the Role:

We are seeking an Academic Program Manager with proven, practical experience in data analytics (DA), Python, and SQL. This is not a traditional data science or highly technical engineering position. Instead, our ideal candidate brings hands-on technical fluency together with collaborative, people-oriented strengths to support program delivery, manage teams, and drive learner engagement.

The position emphasizes:

- Technical proficiency: Practical knowledge of data analytics techniques, Python, and SQL (without expecting advanced data science or engineering expertise).

- Team leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, or coordinating a team.

Collaborative approach: Ability to work effectively with educators, program staff, and learners to achieve academic and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting learners' growth and delivering outcomes in an academic setting.

- Interview and B2B Operations.

- Driving placements and learners' supply for industry demands

- Structuring training and company-specific preparations for the learners.

- High face time with leadership team, along with sales and marketing partnerships

Qualifications:

- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or prior work in edtech is highly valued but not mandatory.

- Experience in team management is a must.

- 2+ YOE in data-oriented roles

- Mandatory good knowledge of data analytics stacks and program management.
