About the Role :

We are looking for a growth hacker with a proven track record of scaling a SaaS, AI, or technology product. This is a hands-on role focused on driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and product-led growth strategies.

If you have worked in scaling up Chrome Extensions, that would be a big plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the growth roadmap and execute initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

- Identify and scale customer acquisition channels including SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, email campaigns, communities, partnerships, and paid marketing.

- Optimize the user journey from first touchpoint to product adoption, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Track and improve key growth metrics such as website traffic, sign-ups, activation rates, retention, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV.

- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.

- Develop and execute Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to increase product adoption and free-to-paid conversions.

- Build referral, partnership, and viral growth programs to create scalable growth loops.

- Leverage analytics tools and customer insights to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

- Stay updated on growth trends, AI tools, and emerging channels to continuously unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements :

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Growth, Product Growth, or Growth Marketing.

- Demonstrated success in growing a SaaS, AI, AdTech, MarTech, or tech product.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, etc.

- Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and growth experimentation.
