
Roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinate the status and movement of components, materials, and manpower across multiple customer sites and customer projects.
- Monitor component availability at one site and reallocate to another as needed, based on delivery timelines and project priorities.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, and site teams to avoid delays or duplication of resources.
- Drive weekly project status reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility of production schedules, shipment tracking, and site readiness across all active projects.
- Highlight bottlenecks proactively and initiate mitigation actions.
- Ensure customer commitments are met through close tracking of project milestones.
- Implement tracking systems/tools for better visibility and control over multi-project execution.
- Work closely with engineering to align technical documents and site requirements.
- Support commercial and aftersales teams with real-time project and material status updates.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP certification preferred, or equivalent practical experience in project management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders across multiple time zones; exceptional written and verbal English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools.
- Experience using Jira is preferred.
- Comfortable facilitating virtual working sessions effectively.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile project management practices.
- Proven experience in managing projects on a global scale.
- Prior exposure to web technologies is an advantage.
