The Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing initiatives across our SaaS product portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine marketing leadership, digital expertise, and AI-driven innovation to accelerate brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.

- Lead all marketing functions including demand generation, product marketing, content, brand & campaign management, digital marketing, research & insights, CRM, inside sales, and partnership marketing.

- Integrate AI across the marketing ecosystem - including predictive analytics, audience segmentation, campaign automation, and intelligent content personalization.

- Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., for lead scoring, sentiment analysis, and conversion optimization) to enhance decision-making and marketing ROI.

- Implement AI-based customer journey mapping to anticipate user behaviour and deliver hyper-personalized experiences across digital touchpoints.

- Drive SEO and SEM excellence, leveraging AI for keyword intelligence, trend prediction, and automated content optimization.

- Use generative AI to scale content creation, A/B test creatives, and refine brand messaging efficiently.

- Deploy AI chatbots and virtual assistants to support lead nurturing, marketing automation, and customer engagement.

- Harness predictive modelling to forecast demand, optimize spend, and align campaigns with growth goals.

- Define and monitor key marketing KPIs to measure ROI, track effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies.

- Drive thought leadership and brand awareness through PR, content, social media, and industry events.

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team that embraces AI-led experimentation and data-first decision-making.

- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent go-to-market alignment and messaging.

- Stay ahead of AI marketing trends, MarTech innovations, and ethical AI practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

- Proven track record in AI marketing, digital transformation, and automation-led growth.

- Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, digital demand generation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).

- Excellent analytical and leadership skills with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies.

- Experience managing marketing automation, CRM systems, and advanced analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in scaling SaaS startups or leading marketing during high-growth phases.

- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), AI-driven lead nurturing, and predictive customer analytics.

- Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI use in marketing.

- Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs, lifecycle marketing, and AI-enhanced performance optimization.

- Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
