Job Overview The Head of HR will lead the HR function, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role involves overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, to support the company's mission and goals. An experience in Microfinance Industry is mandatory. Key Responsibilities - Strategic HR Leadership - Talent Acquisition and Management - Employee Relations and Engagement - Performance Management - Training and Development - Compensation and Benefits - Compliance and Risk Management Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - At least 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is highly desirable. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
