New Street Technologies - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather and document business and functional requirements.

- Perform detailed analysis of domain workflows, compliance requirements, and system processes in FinTech, BFSI, Lending, Payments, and AgriTech.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

- Support the product lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring features align with customer and market needs.

- Create BRDs, FSDs, and process documentation using industry-standard templates.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.

- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to drive product enhancements.

- Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech or BFSI, Payments

- Strong understanding of lending workflows (loan origination, loan management, collections), remittances, and digital payments.

- Good knowledge of core banking systems, payment infrastructure, and compliance processes.

- Hands-on experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FSDs, and wireframes.

- Proficiency in requirements management and collaboration tools: JIRA/ ADO, Confluence, Figma, Visio.

- Basic technical knowledge of banking APIs (REST/JSON), data models, and system integrations.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
