Talent Acquisition We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in media recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support diverse hiring needs across the organization.
Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Mumbai, India (Onsite)
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in media recruitment. - Strong knowledge of media roles, industry trends, and talent landscape.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open positions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection.
- Hire for media, digital, content, creator, production, and sales-related roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of talent within the media and entertainment industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Utilize job portals, social platforms, and internal databases for effective sourcing.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent outreach.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment dashboards, and weekly reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
